Hope
Douglas founded this nonprofit organization, Wind
Over Wings, about twenty years ago. Prior to this, she was
Executive Director of Child and Family Agency of Southeastern CT for
ten years. She is past President of the Connecticut Wildlife
Rehabilitator's Association and was Vice President of the International
Wildlife Rehabilitation Council as well as its Executive Director. She
taught wildlife conservation internationally including India and Peru.
She has a Master's Degree in Education and is featured in Who's Who in
the World.
